The rich trying to get richer , nice. The nose could be better, but tbh, rhino is kinda risky because if it gets botched, then it makes it look obvious that you got work done (be conservative with a top doc if you're really considering it). Safest bet right now is to experiment with filler for better undereye projection + support and chin projection, then consider hardmaxxes if the improvement is obvious.

As for softmaxxes, longer lashes + upper lash tightlinging could really benefit your eye area. Training neck, lateral delts, and upper back would also complement the height. Maybe self-tanner and eyebrow darkening as well.

The overbite illusion comes from the nose dominating over the chin and undereye projection. Issue with the canthoplasty is that it might make the pfl worse here (maybe canthopexy instead but I haven't seen that many good results).

canthopexy is temporary and doesnt work most of the time. why choose the inferior version when u can get canthoplasty

Through-the-bone canthopexy is permanent.

It's been a while since I looked into the distinction, but I suggested canthopexy specifically over plasty because canthopexy increases/preserves pfl while canthoplasty slightly reduces it. OP looks like they'd benefit a lot from greater perceived pfl, hence my recommendation.

Also I'm p sure that canthoplasty requires a respective lowerlid retraction, but the lowerlid is already optimal here.
