Start slowly with clips showing funny fails, accidents, animal attacks, etc. then slowly progress to people getting injured harder and harder, until you get to real brutal gore...

Don't do that and accept that there are some things you will have to keep to yourself. If you send any to your friends/gf they will genuinely think you're insane or some kind of psychopath.
