im on 40mgs of accutane, 0.05% tret nightly, start w tret nightly for a month or so and then added in accutane, its what i did personally and my skin tanked it but its different for everyone it might fry your skin

tret is amazing by itself you might not need accutane, other than rhat i just use a cleanser and moisturizer

Because the only thing that works is changing your diet. If you have bad skin it‘s because you eat or drink something your body can’t handle (allergic).

For accutane use 0,5-1mg/kg you start seeing results after month 4 same with tretinoin i recommend starting at lower concentration before using 0,1 also usually takes 3-4 months for results
