Bro i havent trained legs in like a month cause ive been skipping to do pull and push lmao,but fuck it we ball my legs overpower my physique like crazy anyways

The reason most people hate training legs is because they train legs via whole body compound lifts like squats that are taxing asf on the CNS. You can get just as good results training legs with isolation, without as much CNS stress.

I do hamstring curls,hack squat,leg extension and then i do standing calf raises on smith machine and when im done i just train abs,i have like 1 compoud lift in my whole workout lmao and its barely compound

But squats are the entire fun of legs
And also the reason most people skip legs. Most people don’t have big legs either, and can’t squat a lot. They don’t like doing things they aren’t good at.

Same man I can only train 3 days a week so I have to squeze legs into arms day:feelswah:

And I only have like 2 1/2 hours

I used to be a chronic leg skipper, even my family members started giving me sit for my small ass quads. I just do four sets of some variation of leg extensions at the end of my push day and four sets of some variation of a hamstring curl and the end of my pull day. (both 2 sets on 2 different machine. So pull day I do 2 sets of seated leg curls and 2 sets of hamstring curls). It makes it so I don't have to bring myself to go in to exclusively hit legs and my frequency is high enough to still get a reusable amount of volume in.
 
My upper body is lagging my legs by a decent amount so I see no harm in skipping legs until I actually need to add size to them.
