The last period of time I got good sleep(3 months) was last fall when I was staying at my Uncles because of school, only way I was able to sleep is because he took my phone away and I had nothing to do. Ever since I moved back I've been binging tiktok and FIFA, I really want to sleep, I just fear I will lose memes and geopolitics.
