I wanna start looksmaxxing. Any tips on what I should do. I am 41 🔄 i have so many questions like does bonesmashign work. Should I take fat desolving injections any peptides I can take btw I am 6,03 foot. Eh yea. Best case scenario I look like James sapphire at the end of this or smth. So yes just tell me what to take and I maybe will

show ur teeth and palate
 
fix recessed chin, get good skincare routine, darken and thicken eyebrows, get a haircut, debloat and bonesmash ur zygos and chin

ok from what im seeing so far there are very simple softmaxxes you could do to start your journey i highly recommend you to start using accutane pills this is going to fix your skin and lips very quickly which will improve your health indicators, the second step is topical or oral minoxidil we want to target areas like your eyebrows and eyelashes for a better contrast and more dismorphic look and your thin eyebrows are not really helping i would also reccomend clean shaving you have a bit of hair and tbh it makes you look dirty, work on facial expressions, is also very important relax your eyebrows and let them be as low as possible and finally assuming you dont start doing 30 minutes of cardio everyday along with 3-4 liters of water daily but make sure to drink very little water each time just consistently if you have any access to testosterone supplements i would also apply, i personally like the ones from amazon. that since you are very young, and dont worry bb is def not over just be patient and def do calisthenics everyday to trigger igf1 and dht this will work bc of ur age


you also need orthodontic interference because you look recessed at your age i would also belt pull and smash my zygos and chin but something you really need to understand is this which is the most important part, none of these things will have any significant effect without the proper nutrition and rest, you need at least 10 to 11 hours of sleep daily + enough supplements buy magnessium pills calcium vitamin e and c everything you have access too is necessary and please MOVE the reason why you are bloated is bc u do nothing but rot in ur phone all day move consistently always walk outside but dont chronically stress your body by putting unnecessary effort
