Supplements:
Vitamin D3, K2, zinc, vitamin c, lycopene, astanexthin, beta carotene, Magnesium, fish oil, MSM, B5, Biotin

Peptides: GHK, MT2

Gym: lifting 5-6 times a week, about 10 percent bf

Skin: Moisturizer, Azelaic acid, cleanser, retinol cream (Preparing for tret)

Eye area: Peptide lash serum, Microneedling eye brows with minoxidil

Considering:
Test
HGH
Aqualyx

If there is anything I should add or thoughts on what I’m considering plz lmk
