I wouldnt start if I was you, its addictive af and I can barely breath. I cough up mucus like every 10-20 minutes which is disgusting as well, adn feel like my chest is being sat on.

But if you really want to so be it, I personally started with the XROS 3 Mini, which IMO is a decent vape which is very simple to use and its reasonably priced.

I also use a vape juice called IVG Juice which I've found to be rather decent, personally I would start low if you dont smoke and use a 50/50 ratio.
