Definitely feels like I did. I was growing in height somewhat rapidly up to almost exactly when I had gotten into losing weight. Only a tiny bit soon after I had stopped losing weight I got a small growth spurt. Could be odd growth patterns but it was strange. I'm not saying a small deficit will hurt you but seems retarded to starvemaxx at that age.

187.5cm barefoot afternoon. Dad is exact same height. I would say my mom is around 170. definitely not complaining about my height at all but still feel like I maybe could have grown a bit more.
