Could be late puberty check, son 4-6ius , even ur body produces more than that, if u aren’t late puberty then u probably have a gh deficiency which then u can run hgh but check if ur a late bloomer because at peak puberty ur body produces 8iu+ alone

just run the hgh with an ai for max height and no gh does not close growth plates if it did then it would not be prescribed to manlets like you and arimadex does not have any impact on the brain there are studies.
