What do i do? I dont think MSE is possible at my age, 18.5.
Do surgical palate widening procedures also fuck up your ESR? I only want a big smile, my face is already wide enough
What should i do? Sarpe? Marpe? Something else?

Buccal corridor is very unattractive

Nah my palate is not wide, my face is 100% wide yes but i lack both in palate and mouth width, tho nothing clinical so never got to get it fixed while young

Yeah what i want is a teeth showing smile because thats what i naturally do and it looks disgusting
The jaw stretching the mouth thing is something i never thought of and i think makes sense
I might need a commisuroplasty tho along with a palate procedure to be comfortable with my smile fully

I just remembered that when i consulted with an ortho back then, looking at my x rays they said my skull bones (and every bone in my body) are fused, i think my chances with non surgical widening is non existent

i remembered that ortho told me my bones are already fused so i think i should look into the surgical path to widen my palate and i will need to widen my mouth also with commisuroplasty probably...
