tbf i have that when my hair is out, maybe i should start to not have them in braids. i should prolly start working on my hairline for sure. any recommendations?

obviously avoid tight hairstyles like braids those look bad in general (personally)
you can use Minoxidil (foam or liquid) takes 6+ months for progress
Microneedling (Derma roller 1.0–1.5mm) for minoxidil
collagen and zinc for overall hair health
Finasteride which will block DHT ( ask a dermatologist first idk abt this 1)
Rosemary Oil can work for sm people with the same effect as minoxidil so you can use that too
in the future go for a natural hairstyle , dont cut the sides and grow it long and healthy
