MTN, you already look fully softmaxxed to the brim. Ik u don't want surgery but rhinoplasty for nose and otoplasty for flared ears will ascend u hard.

I don't think he's debloated yet because he looks a bit puffy, and an otoplasty wouldn't really be necessary because his ears aren't noticeably flared it's just his haircut, I've yet to see that specific haircut look good on anybody at all

what age are you as well, facial puffiness/bloatedness will usually start dissolving more around 19-20 or even til 25
