My ex-gf had a parrot, she would cuddle and play with him, called him her baby, the bird was very shy and would hide when other people were around, but was very happy and would start to jump and chirp when my gf came to him, it was all so sweet, until one days she simply gave him away to one of her female friends.
I was shocked, I just couldn't believe that she simply abandoned her 'baby' that way, but she was like 'Yeah, yeah.....whatever...', after several weeks she dumped me too for some bullshit reason and moved to another town, I think she meticulously planned all of this without any remorse...
