Usually not much thats my most in a while tbh. I’m cutting hard rn (1100-1200 cals) so it’s hitting a lot harder for some reason, heart pounding and jittery. Usually i just have to piss a ton and get jittery a bit, very high tolerance somehow naturally

Extrememely overpriced. I thought I was smart buying caffine capsules but it did fuck all for energy and when I eventually did 800mg in a day all that happened was stomach aches and mild blood in my shit
