I want anime to be bullied for liking anime again.

only if I feel like beating it

I can't stand anime with harem trope or lots of pointless fanservice in it.
JoJos aint even in my top 10 anime i just like having this dio pfp
The writing is legitimately good though. especially in the novels the power system writing characters are all flushed out and interesting. The harem trope works with isseis character and is not overly relied upon for romance. the fan service is funny because tits are cool and hot and funny when they bounce around i dont know what else to say.

I like watching anime on the big screen and I can't be having big anime titties on my screen when my parents walk in..

The issue is that an influx of consumers means that the community will eventually dissolve into being more mainstream to western audiences and with that anime will lose everything that makes it good
This has always been the case, though--since the very beginnings of anime. It was inevitable.
if a person joins a club about books in school but only likes Dostoevsky and tells the other people liking Schopenhauer is bad then naturally you wouldn't want that person in the group how is this any different?
Does the club pertain to Schopenhauer only? Anime itself has transcended individual tropes and gimmicks. It's just another medium of fiction, and although there will always be fundamental qualities that separate it from the rest, if its evolution is discouraged, it could actually mean its destruction. It's fine to have preferences and standards, but sometimes they can actually restrict and suppress as opposed to preserve what you value most.
you should allow people to like it but criticize when people try to change it
Sure, but It's a hugely popular industry, and therefore, there will always be something for everyone.

Anime is comprised of multiple genre but it always has an underlining distinction from western media my point is that if a large majority of westerners cloud the industry with distaste for said eastern writing anime will get diluted. Example being DLSITE being locked from major credit cards.
