to increase skeletal frame, lengthening the clavicles should not be the focus

increasing the distance between the clavicles and scapula would increase bideltoid measurement. increasing the distance between the two clavicles (either growing the sternum or increasing the distance between clavicle and sternum) could also increase bideltoid measurement.
