I want more UEE upper eyelid exposure, i dont like my hooded eyes

I dont like my hooded eyes im wondering if theres a way to get more upper eyelid exposure (I have none i am part asian, just want a little)

nothing except surgery will work and even then why do you want little upper eyelid exposure be glad you have none boyo
