In the past, when I took 25 mg ED, I would feel the side effects of low estrogen, but now my body is used to it and I want to switch to a stronger AI.

You know that it doesn't mean that it doesn't work anymore right ?
Your body simply got used to lower e2 levels which is a good thing and most people who use AIs for a long enough period notice that some side effects tend to fade with time, precisely because the human body is able to adapt to hormonal changes to an extent (does not apply to all hormones but it's especially true for sex hormones).
