This might happen if the development of science and healthcare stays at this rate, the only thing I'd recommend for now is trying to stay as healthy as possible until we find better solutions to healthcare etc.

I actually believe that in the next 100 years we'd see crazy amounts of progress in terms of science, just look at all the achievements that happened in the last decade.
