Can you guys give me developmental advice I’m 14 I’m about 5’8 I’m wasian if that matters and I just want to give myself good habits like posture, working out, diet and all that stuff but my main goal is height because I’ve inherited good facial structure (good enough). I know that habits are important and honestly I have nothing important in life going on bc I broke my leg a few months ago and I’m been physically reset basically so I just wanna drop all the gaming bs and develop physically as much as possible. Throw in any random tips that have to do with improvement if you want I’m open to anything.

I mean how much advice do you need for posture? lmao just sit straight. Working out is pretty straight forward and you can find a guide on here. Diet is also simple, avoid processed goyslop and focus on meats and raw dairy. Most of the things you asked for can be found on botb section or just by browsing

the gym is the best thing you can do for yourself. learn how to lift correctly, using progressive overload and correct movements. Also really try to get smart, high iq people are cool. and hobby max as well. obviously I'd say take pharma during you development but not everybody can take that risk.

Spinal decompression regularly throughout the day, jump a lot, do sports like sprinting or basketball, drink a fuck ton of milk and consume a lot of protein, sleep a lot like 9-12 hours a day.

I take k2 and d3 sometimes but I can’t really afford much so that’s why

Can you be realistic where am I really going to find raw milk in Massachusetts then on top of that I have to convince my parents and they constantly have arguments with me about raw meat, I already eat whole foods.

I’ll look into the iq thing and I’ll start going to the gym, lmk the ideal amount of time I should be spending at the gym actually doing shit. I prob would do pharma but I don’t have that type of money

I still can’t play sports til the summer my doctor said bc I don’t have anything helping me walk but I lowk limp sometimes after walking for a while bc my ankles get fucked. I usually get 8 hours but like I said I’m just going to drop everything including my old schedule

Money is the problem mostly, I’m going to attempt thrift clothes reselling but we’ll see by like next month. If I do make money should I use any of the fancy micro hormone shit or just hgh
