I want to ascend with surgery

Hello, my problem is i have a feeling like my midface is flat and recessed + my face is very asymetrical ( btw dont mind my eye i just got beated up ) i need surgery list to ascend, i will be getting palate expander this year and bimax probably at around 19-20 years old for free ( now im 16 ) but i feel like this wont be enough, and also my nose is ass and same goes with eye area, What should i do to ascend?

so i think i need rhinoplasty, but idk if i should get it before bimax or after cause i can get it once im 18 or i wait till like 20 after bimax.

And also it was like 1v3 by some randoms cause i was drunk ash and i dont even remember the reason lmao

front looks pretty average and mogs the side brutally
id recommend either boxing or mma for the martial arts thing tho, could specify why if you want but it should make sense for most

i mean for now im training alone but once i will heal from the damage i got from fight i will start to train with some coach so i still have to to decide, but i like mma too yea.

and i thought maybe about some implants? maybe like cheek or zygo implants cause i feel kinda boneless ngl
