so far this has been the progress made. other then the haircut which i am getting done and dying my eyebrows which im doing tommorow what can i do? Im around 20% body fat tho which i believe is the main issue stopping me from getting to h htn and obviously haircut that matches my face. clear skin idk how to get as im into the gym and cant just not eat carbs. Also, the last picture is before black pill what was i then and what am i right now.

I meant you have good bones. But your long philtrum and negative cinthsl tilt failo you. Lip lift + canthoplasty are your options.

You could maybe minoxmaxx the brows to make them thicker, trimming the tol making them slightly lower, but really thats cooe
