My 13yo sister’s orthodontist literally told her to mew and sleep on her back, she told her she should chew and about TMJ and suggested she should maybe consider getting jaw surgery cuz of slight jaw asymmetry and slight recession (nothing too crazy tho, her recession is pretty normal for a girl and not even as bad as mine).
