215lbs 6ft 10-12% body fat by july 2026

Currently 195 and 25% body fat 6ft

first ud want to recomp meaning cutting down via caloric deficit of 300-500kcal + incline treadmill LITT cardio to around the desired bf% being 12% ideally, whilst maintaining similar weight, making sure your protein intake stays 2.4x your body weight in kg for lbs just 1.1x body weight so youre actively gaining or retaining your muscle mass, once cut, then start to lean bulk/main gain which is going 300kcal above maintenance (maintenance found through using a kcal tracking app) and training hard doing less cardio but keeping ur protein intake 1g/lbs of bw and fat intake around 70g max per day
 
this is easily achievable if you stick to this can actually be the case within 4-5months of consistency
