Just sharing my thoughts. At some point, there is no natural solution to social anxiety disorder / high inhibtion. Especially not if you don't shine with either face, frame, height etc.... You have to decide if it's worth it for you to take medication to at least eliminate the social anxiety/high inhibition (since you claim you're a trucel). And if you do, don't waste your time several meds, jump straight to what's considered as the gold standard.
