Aromatase inhibitors could be helpful, but you need to be careful you take the right kind and don't stop until late teens minimum. It completely stops the transformation of testosterone into estrogen, but as soon as you miss one dose, it's over, and your growth plates will close as your body rushes to catch up on estrogen production.
