2nd and 3rd year are hell if you study in European system, forget that life exists during 2nd and 3rd year. 1st year is medium difficult, 4th, 5th, and 6th years are the best because they are the clinical years, where you don't have that much to study as you do have to visit hospitals everyday which is cool .

If you're not top of your class in high school (or very close to that), you won't become a doctor.

It is the most difficult major to get into in college because of the grade requirement, most people don't have a high enough IQ to get high enough grades to get into that field.

Yes but then your education isn't accepted in first world countries, where the standards are much higher, so you're stuck working in Eastern Europe. Although Russia and Ukraine would be nice tourist destinations, I wouldn't want to live there, it's almost as bad as China with the way the government works.

Nope, Eastern Europe has several good medical schools (Charles University, Jagiellonian University, Semmelweis University) and their medical degrees are approved in the West. A lot of Westerners study medicine here for a reason.
