My ego tells me it’s normie bs waste of money especially when more teens just hit the gym and eat protein shakes and watch YouTube and get jacked

I had the same problem and managed to get around it. Dont get a coach if your problem is diet at this point. My advice for hitting calories is: Eat as much as you want and then twice a day have a mega mass gainer shake with full cream milk, mass gainer, oats, peanut butter all blended up. each shake can be 1.5k calories+. you'll gain weight on that.
 
also even if you're on roids you've got to eat... the muscle wont come out of no where so no point if nutrition is still a problem.
 
I've been doing roids for 6 years the only issue is ball shrinkage if u have a big dick already it doesn't matter
