I have been bone smashing for a couple months now and I have tried different ways like massage gun and hamer but massage but i dont think I'd do it with a hammer because the risk of being asymmetrical is kinda high and not a loy of surface area and to much pressure and doesn't really fit the bones of the face to well and with a massage gun is in my opinion more safer and better overall doesn't fit the bones of the face to well and not a lot of pressure but safer snd better but not the best as using the knuckle of thumb into a fist and bone smashing the tip of my chin,browridge and the brow area and ramos and the flat area for my maxila,jawline and zygo and undergoes because I feel like it's the perfect pressure and fits the face better and risk of asymmetrical is kinda low and I'm kind of a little asymmetrical myself so I have a paper on how many hits to do on each bone to be symmetrical and for bigger and prominent bones and me personally I feel like its the best or at least for me but just wanna know where else to bone smash for better face that im not hitting yet and what else to do,eat and take to get better results and what to not do or what to stop doing that will leave me looking fucked up that im already doing and 1 thing ive been doing that ive invented my self or idk if its already a thing but ive been putting 1 thumb on the left side behind my ramus and also the right side of my ramus to and pulling my face apart for hopes of getting a wider face for 1 min every day any thoughts or advice for what im doing but just wanted some help on this thanks
