fat grafting is generally very minimally invasive, hardly a surgery rather than a "procedure".
you can find it for super cheap sometimes.
you wont get it at 16 though

Collagen can obviously make the appearance of Eyebags/teartroughs a bit better, but the curvature that lies from Recessed Infras will still be noticeable.

My plan right now is just to fraud it with Topic Tranexamic Acid to fraud the colour with the rest of my skin and just get Fat grafts / Lef II when I grow older.

Yeah id recommend just going on Topical TXA Acid, itll blend your Skin color fully so your eyebags/tear troughs arent a different colour then your facial skin.
