Did some self defense stuff for quite a while.

It was this 200 pound 6'4 ex military guy.

He taught me quite a bit.

We were only 3 people (later 2) in the course and he was doing it for the love of the game, not for money as he almost never charged us (only if the owner of the gym saw that we came and stuff).
