i want to do a rhinoplasty on myself

i have a straight nose from my side but from the front of my face the top area of my nose is incredibly wide, this is jst the bone so nothing can be changed (the area that i want to chane is inline with the lower eye socket) what do i need to do this procedure? i am 14 yrs and i look like a chad(even with shit acne) sometimes but horrible other

idk but i wonder if i could jst cut into the sides of my nose and use a file to get rid of some bone i was wondering what pain killers i should get and if its safe to do and will there be sufficient scaring
