This low-angle shot is not ideal for a facial assessment. The camera should be set higher.

That said, at this point, I think one of your biggest flaws is the lack of angularity. You still have some baby fat that conceals the cheekbones, jaw angles, jaw line, and chin. Given your age, it's bound to gradually shed within the next 10 years or so. Obviously, keeping an optimal body composition will help too (in other words : be lean).
But still, you may have a sub-optimal bone mass underneath.

Also, you seem to have a long midface and a rather narrow face, especially in the lower third (i.e weak gonions & mandible, chin that lacks squareness).
If you can't be bothered to post additional pics & videos here, try to take a proper front profile for yourself, and use it to calculate your main ratios (like FWHR).

Nose may need some refinement too, at least based on the front profile. Some people will tell you to straighten the nose because of the hook visible from the side profile, but I think yours looks fine, and maybe it is an ethnic or family feature that you feel comfortable with and wish to keep.

You seem to have some hollowness under the eyes. It could be fixed with fat grafting.

[softmax] Your eyebrows lack density, in particular towards the outer edge. You can try to thicken them with minoxidil + microneedling.

So, to answer your main question : some type of jaw surgery, possibly implants (e.g. jaw angles, zygos, chin), rhinoplasty, and fat grafting.
You will need a CT scan to discuss details with a maxillofacial surgeon. Most likely one specialized in orthognathics.

And I have a question, I'm going to the orthodontist in a month because I have underbite in one side of my mouth palate, Will palate expender will help with my narrow and long face? Will it help with anything about my appearance?

I would ask for extractions, in your case it would actually be ideal should harmonize your face a LOT better boosting your harmony to 90%
