Fellow type 1 diabetic here and in my opinion ya definitely take it. We inherently have significantly lowered IGF1 values because, in normal people, HGH is synthesized into IGF-1 by insulin in the liver.

But we have no insulin in our livers so we don't make nearly as much

I've been on HGH 5iu ED and LR3 60mcg ED for about two weeks now. It doesn't affect blood sugar too much
