Hmm.fasting is pointless especially when you’re a teenager and want to focus on development rather than longevity
you’re better off at least eating 200+ protein throughout the day even if you eat nothing else. you’ll probably lose just as much fat as fasting since your body will retain more muscle, so a higher % of the weight you lose will be fat
