Try finding a martial arts dojo that you can join, that's what I'm going to do. I know a bit of Karate that I learned from my dad (Who was a student when he was young) attending some classes a few times, and self study. I think there are alot of physical and mental health benefits to martial arts training and facing opponents in a safe controlled environment that helps build your confidence and overall fitness.
