How do I know my bodyfat? tbh none of the calculators can say for sure what my body fat is because it cant measure muscle mass.
Im 177/178 cm for example, 81kg, I should be owerweight by just looking at the stats however Im not overweight since I used to be a football player and have heavy leg muscles. Yeah, Im not completly lean either.
 
I’m a gym maxed 5’10 with very broad shoulders. I weigh 91kg at the moment at around 26% body fat.
It says that my FFMI is 20.44

Look at your mid section. How much ab definition can you see? Do you have a gut? Those questions should give you a good estimate.

Bulking is the best natty muscle building method, it got me to 90 ( 198 pounds ) 20% bf (measured by electric scanner) at 5'9 ( 175 cm). muscle building as a natty = lots of calories and powerlifting (imo) or you're playing. You can always cut if you like

Look at your mid section. How much ab definition can you see? Do you have a gut? Those questions should give you a good estimate.

Last time I was able to track this stuff (a couple weeks or so ago), the Navy tape test put me at 17% bf at around 205 lbs. But I'm pretty sure the tape test underestimates my body fat percentage by 1-2%, so since it can be off by as much as 3% even when done exactly right, I'll post my FFMI at 20% as well.

So I'm pretty average for a juicer. Would be impressive as hell if natty, though.

Its average for non-lifters I think. If you lift weights you should get between 20-22 as a natty.
23-24 with great genetics
25+ with jucing or (GigaTeraMegaUltra elite natty genetics lol)

I don't look like any of these guys, not even close. So am I way off on body fat percentage? I would have to be way off. Even if I round it up to 25%, I don't look like the guy on the far left.

FFMI becomes less accurate as the bodyfat% goes up (above 15%)

You’re right, I’ve got nearly 16” arms so I thought that 20.44 was a bit low. When I used the calculator there were already numbers loaded in it so I must have not pressed the button to calculate and then mistaken the preexisting results as being my own.
I used more precise measurements in the calculator than I mention in my first post on this thread. My result was 21.1
 
Why is the lowest choice 18? My FFMI is barely 17
Because the average (non-lifting) male is 19 FFMI.

I thought most of this forum lifts so I figure that there wouldn't be many below 18. sorry bro.
