use this for calculating your FFMI -> https://www.calculators.org/health/ffmi.php

Post your Height, Weight, bf% and your calculated FFMI in the replies in this thread.
Then post a screenshot like this (but obviously with your own stats and not mine):
1589736414576

If you're on mobile or something that doesnt allow for screenshots, just Type your results

How do I know my bodyfat? tbh none of the calculators can say for sure what my body fat is because it cant measure muscle mass.
Im 177/178 cm for example, 81kg, I should be owerweight by just looking at the stats however Im not overweight since I used to be a football player and have heavy leg muscles. Yeah, Im not completly lean either.

I’m a gym maxed 5’10 with very broad shoulders. I weigh 91kg at the moment at around 26% body fat.
It says that my FFMI is 20.44

Look at your mid section. How much ab definition can you see? Do you have a gut? Those questions should give you a good estimate.

These are your results:

1589737332784

5'10" 200lbs 26% gives you a 21.236 - 21.374 FFMI

Edit: you sure its 20.44? Using your stats, I got a different result

6foot4 187lbs 13%

18.4
11kg fat

Bulking is the best natty muscle building method, it got me to 90 ( 198 pounds ) 20% bf (measured by electric scanner) at 5'9 ( 175 cm). muscle building as a natty = lots of calories and powerlifting (imo) or you're playing. You can always cut if you like

6,1 88kg 19% id guess

What if it's got a decimal?

19.22, adjusted ffmi 19.67 apparently.

mogger FFMI of 15.8

Can you give me a bf percentage if I PM'ed you my body ?

Last time I was able to track this stuff (a couple weeks or so ago), the Navy tape test put me at 17% bf at around 205 lbs. But I'm pretty sure the tape test underestimates my body fat percentage by 1-2%, so since it can be off by as much as 3% even when done exactly right, I'll post my FFMI at 20% as well.

So I'm pretty average for a juicer. Would be impressive as hell if natty, though.

FFMI = 17.885
Normalised = 18.485

No I mean round up OR down. my bad.

sure bro.

Its average for non-lifters I think. If you lift weights you should get between 20-22 as a natty.
23-24 with great genetics
25+ with jucing or (GigaTeraMegaUltra elite natty genetics lol)
Ok you start the chat then

Dehydrated I'm at 169.2 pounds. 18.02% body fat. 5 foot 5.

1589751394383

An FFMI of 23.055. Normalized, 23.994.

Obviously that can't be right. Because the natty limit for FFMI is, allegedly, 24.

I don't look like any of these guys, not even close. So am I way off on body fat percentage? I would have to be way off. Even if I round it up to 25%, I don't look like the guy on the far left.

FFMI becomes less accurate as the bodyfat% goes up (above 15%)

Why is the lowest choice 18? My FFMI is barely 17

You’re right, I’ve got nearly 16” arms so I thought that 20.44 was a bit low. When I used the calculator there were already numbers loaded in it so I must have not pressed the button to calculate and then mistaken the preexisting results as being my own.
I used more precise measurements in the calculator than I mention in my first post on this thread. My result was 21.1

Because the average (non-lifting) male is 19 FFMI.

I thought most of this forum lifts so I figure that there wouldn't be many below 18. sorry bro.
