So far i can see a Recessed Maxilla, strongly indicated by the Recessed Infraorbitals (Clear from the Front profile), Nose is already lacking, as noted, Zygos are also severely lacking, Gonions seem Inward/Not Flared, Chin could (slightly) be lacking when drawn to Lips, Ramus is short but not as much of a failo as people make it out to be, Browridge is lacking aswell (not a big failo, again, could be slided if everythings maxxed out). overall Facial Structure isnt that good, Neither is Harmony, Just get a Rhinoplasty if your doctor recommended it for the time being, and Lefort + Implants in the future.

Also seem like your entering into a Balding Stage, Id recommend PP405 or RU58841, DONT follow the roided retards that hop on DHT-Blockers.
