Like bro all i need is 2.8 cm forward and 3cm downwards to have good chin dimensions. This would be the most beneficial to my facial thirds aesthetics-wise and also make my side profile much more even.

and i'm sure with that simple instruction they'd still fuck it up. well i've never been listened to my whole life so maybe that is what is making me assume the surgeons will not care and do their worst

first of all, every moral surgeon wont give you more than 4-7mm for logical reasons. Not only it would look retarded, but mainly it means your lower jaw is recessed, small as well.

Plus, I doubt you need so much, if only your chin is small.
