Depends. Also before taking surgery think twice. anyways after you are 100% sure you want to alter your face you will become more attractive ASSUMING you got the RIGHT SURGERIES. I never hardmaxxed so take with a grain of salt so assume you need the correct surgeries. Next if you have body disphorm it means you worry about your appearance, so you might end up satisfied and be happy or be satisfied for a bit then start becoming insecure again because it is never enough.
