Just get some pics of an instagram model, sign up for a dating site, Chad fish and then talk to them on the phone. To make it more "real" setup an instagram account, process the images to prevent them from being reverse image searched, and pay for bots to make it look legit.
If you want to talk to girls IRL:
1) Therapist Max, if you find a female therapist you can pay her to talk to her.
2) Talk to girls selling things, act like you are interested in buying what they are selling.
