not that well versed with surgery, but your maxilla isn't well projected and youll need something done CCW wise from first glance because gonial angle isnt ideal by any means; a trimax seems like a good option to advance the mid and lower thirds

And the mandible seems kind of recessed, but the chin is good. Maybe @mohito and/or @Sayori could tell you more because if you actually saved 7k and do something it can help you alot

Obv you won’t be able to hardmaxx at 16 but yeah def take test for now. In the future your first procedures should be calmer and should be lip fillers and jaw angle augmentation fillers for your gonial angle. Down the road a genioplasty or chin implants but that would be in ages anyways, so I don't know the point of asking years in advance here when you have ages until it and can research yourself?

diy botox to lower ur brows, wider lips, smaller nose

and finally test

if u have anything left over do whatever u want with it

If u actually get double jaw surgery, you are getting both your mandible and maxilla repositioned forward and there will be no need for chin fillers

I think Enanthate is a safe choice and i also believe it’s recommended not to use any AI on the first cycle but instead only introduce it if bloodwork indicates rising E2. However i’m not a roid user myself so u should def be asking someone more experienced
