i suppose you could move your upper and lower jaw forward in order to preserve your bite if that's something you can afford also you should deeply analyze your bite to make sure it isn't slightly over or under because chances are it is not perfect

Not a big deal, advance both jaws. There are people with class 1 bites who have recessed jaws.
