water bottle method also get a small fridge and dont do reta do roids

Don’t wanna shut off natrual test seems to risky aswell
Roids you dont need to hide in the fridge, and you can easily mitigate side effects of being suppressed. suppression isn't forever like everyone says.

Look up a "Post-Cycle Therapy", or you could just cruise test with HCG to prevent your balls from shrinking and you should be good.

Have saw that before thanks Whats the best possible cycle you reckon with min suppression but max lean muscle growth and also the pct is it worth ane safe at 16 aswell

I'm planning to run test at 14-15 (14 now) for football, I recommend getting a coach, they will build you a full cycle design, a workout schedule, and diet plan, and some provide sources.

I believe (but of course do lots of research on your own, and get a coach), a test only cycle starting at 300mgs should be good? I recommend getting baseline blood work so you can see your current natty test levels and then start at a small dose maybe like 50-100mgs of test and slowly titrate it up to the full dose.

The reasoning being if you get side effects on a low amount like 100 mgs, steroids might not be for you since your body can't handle even a low amount if that'd make sense. You never want to really just choose a dose because if you react like shit to the high amount, youre just risking crashing and bloating and just a lot of other sides.

For the muscle growth, you of course would want to bulk on test and cut after using a cal deficit or retatrutide or a combination of the two to shed fat and get the lean physique you'd like.

For PCT, people hate on it a lot, but personally it doesn't seem like a bad option if you just want to run one or two test only cycles and get clean completely.

Been using this method for months still getting away with it. Just put ur Reta in here and keep it in ur fridge next to some other real sodas and water
It’s cheap and unless ur parents are drinking all your shit you should be fine
