Shame on him for eating byllshit streetfood sandwiches filled with bread and seed oils and bullshit vegetables and mayo (seed oil) and also eating protein bars filled with corn and soy and protein milkshakes whoch were made with bullshit and also cost 5x more then actual raw milk. 15 year old shinichi could’ve known this and spam raw milk. I wish I did. I’d have bigger bone mass and be taller. I wish I wasn’t stupid.

It isn’t over tho, bc I at least consume it now everyday. And for my son, in the future, he will get a gallon of raw milk a day, 2-3 lb of meat, high sun exposure and also a safe drug cycle to maximize his growth. My son will have rverything I ever wanted. I’ll make him do PE from age 12 too
