My face looks very young, I just turned 18. I’m not sure if there is any way to make myself look older, and should I. I know it is better for the future to look young, my dad is in his mid 50s and does look older than 30. Maybe testosterone will help give more masculine face? IMG 3882

I’m guessing ur skinny fat rn so lose all that fat and get to like 10-12% body fat

Leannmax before you “bulk”. Also bulking is a meme you only need to eat at maintenance or 200 calories above to gain optimal muscle. Anything more and ur just putting fat on for no reason and when u cut ur just gonna lose more muscle.
