Rate my side profile and how can I fix it?

I’m not sure what is wrong w my face maybe recessed maxilla? Ik My hyoid is not great so I want to fix this in 2026 if I can, and also lose about 5-10kg.

I try to stretch my mouth laterally every morning for about 3 mins so I can have a better nose to mouth width but I think I often overdo it, you will see in the pic I send you if youd like. Cuz my nose is for sure my biggest failio from the front

Just w my fingers for about a minute each time I do it about 3x in the morning/whenever I wake up. Afterwards the corners of your mouth and prolly your lips also will be irritated or dry where it stretched so I ice that area afterwards.

I’d say yea it definitely works but Ofc during the day especially if ur mouth is gonna be closed then you will slowly return to your regular mouth width. Might be placebo but i do feel like in the long term it can ever so slightly widen ur mouth as a lot of my relatives mention I have bigger lips

is it that bad? Do u think its worth trying any soft max for my nose? e.g Accutane shrinks subaceous glands, hydrocortisone, ibuprofen topical benzoyl peroxide etc.

You could try accutane but if you are still developing it could close your growth plates, so a tretinoin cream could be better, and hydrocortisone can help from what I've heard (I made a thread asking about it) but nothing is gonna shrink the bone or cartilage that makes your nasal ridge to appear large

Thanks for the advice broo, I think I’m done w growing at 20yo and happy w my height tbf, I think rhino is my end goal but lowkey scared of doing any procedure even tho from the front my nose rlly fucks me over

Yes I think your side profile is actually quite amazing, you have high cheekbones and a good ramus with full lips, only thing I would say is you may have a slightly recessed mandible but that's mostly just over analyzing, some people don't like a cleft chin but I think it suits you.

Honestly I think you don't need to do anything for your mandible unless it becomes increasingly recessed, You look good and I don't think anyone can disagree with that without coping. So I recommend you enjoy life, stay good looking, and have a good day.
