Not even hungry but I still eat. Can't stop myself. At least I've picked up running again.

Calories-in, calories-out. And patience. That's all it takes to lose fat. You can still eat the foods you enjoy. Just in smaller quantities. Or you can make lower calorie substitutions in your diet.

It’s not just “calories in, calories out”. It is what you’re eating as well no matter the quantity.

If you eat sugar, grain, soy, and even a table spoon of carbohydrates, you will have liver fat.

You must find a diet you enjoy eating on a daily basis. No other way to get lean naturally.

just imagine your oneitis gets fucked by chad, you‘ll automatically start starving yourself

Eat things you hate such as certain vegetables this will lower your appetite

It's a struggle. Biggest thing that helped is cutting out any and all sugary drinks. Drinking calories is a death sentence. Do you have a lot of free time? Try to keep your mind occupied somehow. Then again stuff like studying just encourages stress eating so that's not necessarily the best option.
I didn't feel hunger when I played competitive games. I was too in it. But whenever I studied I binged food hard. Getting pleasure somehow alleviates hunger. It's why smokers are leaner, that nicotine hit is more than enough to replace hunger.

Not another one of you ketofags/carnivorefags who think that eating plants makes you beta and eating animals makes you alpha. lmfao.
I'm on a cut. Yesterday I got 51% of my calories from carbs, 27% calories from protein, 22% of my calories from fat. Those are very typical numbers for me. And I'm shedding visceral fat. And I physique-mog the vast majority of men my age (38 going on 39). Every single calorie I eat gets used because I'm in a deficit. Carbs convert to glucose. That glucose does not convert to fat unless you are in a surplus and you don't use that energy for replenishing glycogen (muscle mass). When you're in a surplus, dietary fat is actually far more likely to get converted to body fat because fatty acids can be stored directly into fat cells. While carbs can not be converted directly into fat. They have to be converted to glucose first.

You ketofags shed a few pounds of water weight by getting rid of carbs because carboHYDRATES retain 3 grams of water per 1 gram of glucose and think that this is legitimate fat loss. :lul: While I lost 41.8 lbs during my first cut where I went from being rotter fat to skinnyfat (but still had visible abs because I trained them) and lost 14.4 lbs with my second cut so far after I bulked 26.4 lbs.

Yes the most sustainable diet is to eat food you enjoy day-to-day instead of restricting it completely. I lost 41.8 lbs during my first cut eating this way. And have lost 14.4 lbs thus far on my second cut after bulking 26.4 lbs. I had room for two cups of Neapolitan ice cream yesterday because I had lots of skinless chicken breast and some whey protein powder. I measured it out to 214 grams worth of ice cream. The cheap airy ice cream is less calorie dense compared to like the Ben & Jerry's shit. You don't have to deprive yourself or do retarded keto/carnivore shit to lose weight. You have to balance out your tastes with making sure you eat enough so that you're not hungry. And there are substitutions that make that easier. For example I don't notice the difference between Coke Zero and Coke. So I drink Coke Zero on a cut. I don't notice the difference between fat-free cheese and full-fat cheese. So I have fat-free cheese. I don't notice the difference between skim milk and 2%. Though my dad mostly buys milk and he hates anything less than 2%. But when I buy milk, I get skim milk or 1% as a compromise for my dad.

If using egg whites instead of eggs tastes good enough for pancakes for you, that is a good substitution option.
Using protein powder instead of flour is not going to save you any calories. It's just going to increase your protein consumption and lower your carb consumption. 30 grams of all-purpose flour is 110 calories (23g carbs 1g fibre 4g protein). 30 grams of whey protein isolate is typically 122 calories, 25g protein, 1.8g fat, 0.9g carbs. Whey protein powder is typically included in protein takes. But I also don't know how well that whey protein is going to cook in the pan as a base for the pancake batter without any flour at all.

Being an orthopaedic surgeon doesn't qualify him to give nutritional advice. lmfao. He's a fucking quack. Have fun with cholestorol deposits in your eyes and heart disease when you get to my age if you keep eating a diet that is dangerously high in saturated fat. Humans are omnivores. Not carnivores. Not herbivores. We were meant to subsist mostly off plants. As our teeth is not shaped like that of a cat or a dog. We don't have prominent canines. In hunter-gatherer societies, humans subsisted on wild plants more than hunting. The factory farmed livestock you eat is not any more in touch with nature than agriculture. lmfao. If every human on the planet ate like Jordan Peterson with his carnivore diet, we would need 91x more arable land for livestock than we currently allocate now. lmfao. High-fat low-carb diets are not healthy and not sustainable for the planet.
