i want to measure harmony but idk how

i understand the concept of facial harmony and i already know many of the facial ratios, but im still unsure about how to actually measure them accurately from a photo. I would really appreciate some advice on how to measure things like pfl,esr,ipd,fwhr,tfhwr etc as well as how to combine those measurements to evaluate overall facial harmony. If anyone has a reliable method, specific landmarks to use, or recommendations for tools or software that can make the measurements more accurate, id really appreciate the help
